FLICK DEGREASER - alkaline, foaming washing liquid.

It is used for washing various surfaces in all food industry companies and public catering establishments. The product is used for daily washing of surfaces, food preparation equipment and kitchen utensils. Suitable for washing and polishing steel surfaces. We recommend it for daily washing of ovens and baking trays. The tool removes proteins, fats and pigment impurities. Used and effective in water of any hardness. The product contains substances that cause washing and foaming. The surface-active substances of this solution have a particularly effective effect on fats, protein and pigment impurities of various origins. Alkali separates dirt, dissolves grease and maintains a suitable pH level for washing. The nitrotriacetate in the composition softens the water and helps other ingredients penetrate more easily into the washed stains by removing dirt of various origins.

Use : Dosage: 0.2 - 5% (20-500 ml / 10 L of water), depending on the degree of surface contamination (burns, old grease, various pigment spots) For washing kitchen surfaces, cooking utensils and everyday use kitchen utensils: 20- 40 ml / 10 L of water). After washing, the surface must be rinsed with water. For cleaning absorbed stains (for daily cleaning of ovens, grills, baking trays, etc.): 2-3% of the product is smeared on the cleaning surface or the product is sprayed on the surface. Let the tool work for 10-15 minutes. After that, the surface is washed well. For wet cleaning (mopping) of the kitchen floor: 10-20 ml / 5 L of water. No need to wash.

Surfaces are washed with warm water, removing most of the dirt.

The detergent is spread on the surfaces with the help of a nozzle, a sponge, or the dish to be washed is soaked and washed manually (with brushes, sponges).

The exposure time depends on the amount of dirt and the concentration of the solution from 30 s. up to 30 min.
